HOUSE RULES: • Please do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage lock, as this will prevent access from the outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts caused by themselves or their group members, and any locksmith service fees will be the guest’s responsibility. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. • No Shoes inside the property. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. • No Extra/Overnight Guests (if you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics (i.e. TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.) • No Pre-Check or Bag Storage prior to check-in (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) • No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors. • No parking anywhere other than as instructed at check in • No loud noise or music past 9pm. • Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down the toilet aside from toilet paper. • Tampering with our door locks, security cameras or internet connection is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. We reserve the right to terminate your stay with no refund if any of the above rules are broken.

Beyond pleased with our stay. Having a clean home can be hit or miss, but I was so pleased to walk into a truly clean home!! I could tell the linens were clean, towels as well. Home was spotless and smelled fresh. In home laundry was beyond appreciated! Traveling with four small children and my mom, we felt very safe with the location. Easy commute in and out of DC. Great restaurant options, including Jeni’s ice cream only a few blocks away. Highly recommend and if we return to visit DC again, I will re-book.

Great location, great property, and great host. The home is located on a quiet side street. It was right around the corner from charming King St with shops and restaurants. We walked to Old Town for dinner and to explore the waterfront, coffee and breakfast, and great pizza. We chose to drive most days into DC for sightseeing - it was an easy 20 mins to memorials, mall, etc. We took the Metro one day - just as easy, short 10 mins walk. Inside, everything was clean and the room setup worked great for our family. The beds and linens were high quality - everyone slept great! Would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

The best way to get around in Old Town is by foot, car or the free trolley that takes you around town and to the waterfront! King Street metro will take you into DC.
