It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make a reservation, guests must be 24 years of age or older. You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am. ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. Bunk beds are full sized so can sleep 1 adult & one small child per bed. Max weight occupancy for top bunk is 250 lbs. Twin trundle can sleep one additional adult or one child. We have two twin sized rollaway beds that can sleep two adults. Please request bedding for the rollaway beds upon check in if you plan on using these. Great location, great property, and great host. The home is located on a quiet side street. It was right around the corner from charming King St with shops and restaurants. We walked to Old Town for dinner and to explore the waterfront, coffee and breakfast, and great pizza. We chose to drive most days into DC for sightseeing - it was an easy 20 mins to memorials, mall, etc. We took the Metro one day - just as easy, short 10 mins walk. Inside, everything was clean and the room setup worked great for our family. The beds and linens were high quality - everyone slept great! Would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

Amazing home and amazing location. We stayed here while visiting family and the stay was great. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed (including plates, silverware for kids, a high chair, etc). Hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

The best way to get around in Old Town is by foot, car or the free trolley that takes you around town and to the waterfront! King Street metro will take you into DC.
