HOUSE RULES • We kindly request that each guest booking a stay at our home provide a copy of their identification for liability purposes. • Please do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage lock, as this will prevent access from the outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts caused by themselves or their group members, and any locksmith service fees will be the guest’s responsibility. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. fine. Maximum 14 guests (plus a baby). • Weapons are strictly prohibited. • Parties are strictly prohibited. • No unregistered visitors or guests without prior authorization (if you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund) • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics (i.e. TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.) • Pre-Check or Bag Storage prior to check-in is only possible when available upon request • No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors. • No loud noise or music past 9pm. •. As our home runs on well water, please be mindful of water usage. For instance, if water is running from multiple sources at the same time for extended periods, this may cause the well to dry up and may take some time to fill back up. •. Our plumbing is also connected to a septic system. To avoid back ups, please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down toilet aside from toilet paper. • Tampering with our door locks and/or security cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. PET RULES • Not pets are allowed on top of our new furniture (including sofas, chairs and beds). Any excessive pet odors on furniture will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350. • Please pick up after your pet! • Pets must be crated at all times if you are not home. • If pet fee for registered pets are not paid for prior to check in or if there is evidence of unauthorized pets, this will result in a fine of $150 per additional pets. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if you break any of our house rules above.
