It includes important details such as check-in/check-out times, house rules, and stay guidelines. 💧 DRINKING WATER Our home includes a reverse osmosis system so you can enjoy crystal-clear and delicious drinking water during your stay. 🐶 PET FRIENDLY We welcome dogs under 50 lbs (maximum of 2 dogs). 🦴 Pet fee: $150 per pet, per stay 🚫 No cats allowed at this time. ➡️ Please let us know how many pets you’re bringing at the time of booking. Airbnb will automatically include the first pet fee. For additional pets, we’ll request an extra $150 per pet via the Airbnb Resolution Center. No cameras face any interior living spaces. Cameras do not actively record video or sound during guest stays. 🔥 LIVING ROOM FIREPLACE Living room fireplace is NOT functional at this time. 🔥 FIREPIT NOTICE Firewood is not provided with your stay. ✹ GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. 🕒 EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS Requests for early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. House Rules

🏡 HOUSE RULES • Do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage keypad lock — doing so will prevent entry from outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts and locksmith fees. • No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use indoors, including burning incense, sage, or any smoke-based substances. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine. No exceptions. • No shoes inside the property. • Maximum 10 guests (plus a baby). All guests must be listed on the reservation. • No weapons allowed on the premises. • No parties or large gatherings allowed — strictly prohibited. • No unregistered visitors without prior approval. If the number of guests exceeds your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel without refund. • No mail deliveries unless personally arranged with the host. • No moving or rearranging the furniture. • Do not unplug electronics, including TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc. • Pre-check-in or bag storage is only allowed when arranged and approved in advance. • Do not disturb neighbors — no loud noise or music after 9:30 PM. • Tampering with locks or security cameras is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to access the property if the system is disabled or goes offline — this may result in cancellation without refund. 🐾 PET RULES Pets are not allowed on furniture, including sofas, beds, and chairs. Excessive pet odors or damage to furniture may result in a $200 cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted to pee/poo on the backyard deck. Evidence of this will result in additional cleaning fee of $200. Pets must be crated when left alone in the home. All pet fees must be paid prior to check-in. Bringing unauthorized pets or failing to pay for additional pets will result in a $150 fine per pet. 🕔 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 PM – 12 AM Check-out: by 10 AM Late check-out incurs a small fee unless otherwise agreed in advance. Mish and Paul were perfect hosts. We came up with a group of 8 for the Garlic Festival, and their place was the perfect spot. We loved having the fire pit and hot tub to enjoy the fall evenings. Every bedroom was so clean and comfortable. They responded to all our questions and were flexible on our timing. 10/10 would come back next year!

This home was perfect! It’s in a beautiful area, has an amazing back yard, and was so peaceful. The house was stocked nicely for our week stay, beds were comfortable, and the home had all those small touch’s that made it an amazing stay! You can tell these guys really care about their home and hosting! They were easy to talk to and very friendly. The hot tub was so clean and was a major hit with our crew! We highly recommend this beautiful home to others!

We had a great stay! Excellent use of space. We had two small kids, and the kids room adjacent to one of the bedrooms was perfect. Lots of fun in the games/theater room too. Good location for the area.

Eight of us got together for a restful weekend & it was an incredible success, thanks in large part to this amazing Airbnb! The house gave us life! Just as gorgeous as the pics—beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, fun & a layout that felt both stylish & homey. Each room had its own unique texture and personality, yet they all blended together to make it feel as cozy as a homemade quilt. I was obsessed w the hot tub (it was delicious); loved the spacious dining and seating areas-both inside & outside; the super cool theater room—our favorite hangout & sharing spot! As the resident ‘amateur’ chef, I was literally blown away by the kitchen- it was my personal favorite! It had tons of counter space, all the appliances we needed, & gorgeous dinnerware that made all of our meals feel like grand celebrations! Our host, Mish, was fire 🔥 She made the entire experience easy from start to finish like we were BFFs. Highly recommend this home for any group! It’s simply perfect. We loved it!
