• Please do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage lock, as this will prevent access from the outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts caused by themselves or their group members, and any locksmith service fees will be the guest’s responsibility. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. • No Shoes inside the property. • The number of guests must be accurately indicated on the reservation. Maximum 10 guests. • Weapons are strictly prohibited. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. • No unregistered visitors or guests without prior authorization (if you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund) • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics (i.e. TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.) • Pre-Check or Bag Storage prior to check-in is only possible when available upon request and for a fee • Not pets are allowed on top of furniture (including sofas, chairs and beds). Any excessive pet odors on furniture will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350. • Pets are not permitted to pee/poo on the deck. Evidence of this will result in additional cleaning fee of $200. • Pets must be crated at all times if you are not home. • If pet fee for registered pets are not paid for prior to check in or if there is evidence of unauthorized pets, this will result in a fine of $150 per additional pets. • No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors. • No parking anywhere other than in the driveway. There is no garage access for guests! • No loud noise or music past 9pm. • Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down toilet aside from toilet paper. · Tampering with our door locks and/or security cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if you break any of our house rules above. Check-in Time: 4pm-12am Check-out time: 10am. o Check-out later than 10am incurs a small additional fee (unless agreed otherwise)

Guests are free to access all areas except for any locked closets or pantries.
