📜 HOUSE RULES 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING Smoking, vaping, or the use of marijuana is strictly prohibited indoors, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine — no exceptions. 👟 SHOES OFF INDOORS Please remove shoes before entering the home to help keep floors clean and damage-free. 🛋️ FURNITURE POLICY • Do not move or rearrange any furniture unless given prior approval. • Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas, beds, and chairs. • Any excessive pet odor or fur found on furniture will incur a $350 additional cleaning fee. 🤫 NEIGHBORHOOD ETIQUETTE • No disturbing or disrespecting neighbors. • Trespassing on neighbors’ property or using their trash bins is strictly prohibited. • Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. 🚗 PARKING • Only park in the garage. • Do not park in front of neighboring homes or use any unassigned spaces. • Please note that the garage may be a tight fit for larger vehicles. If your vehicle is too long to fit completely inside, you may keep the garage door open so your vehicle can fit safely. 🚽 TOILET USE • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. • Avoid flushing excessive or bulk toilet paper to prevent clogging and plumbing issues. 🔐 SECURITY & TAMPERING • Tampering with door locks, Wi-Fi, or security cameras is strictly prohibited. • If the system is disabled or goes offline, we reserve the right to enter the home to restore it. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 4 PM • Check-out: 10 AM sharp • Late check-outs without prior approval may incur an additional hourly fee. ● No extra or overnight guests beyond the reservation count ⚠️ Violation of any house rules above may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
