This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is fully equipped with family friendly amenities for those traveling with little ones and is close to Town Center, Apex Center, restaurants, and is only a short drive to the beach. Sink into our plush memory foam beds and cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen. Just a short drive to beaches and downtown Norfolk. Monthly rentals available! It covers important details like check-in/out times, house rules, and stay policies. 🅿️PARKING Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles. No garage access at this time. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS Requests are subject to availability and depend on our booking calendar. Within 1 hour: Complimentary 2+ hours early or late: $50 cleaning fee applies Please note: We try our best to accommodate, but requests may not be possible during back-to-back reservations. 🧴 AMENITIES A complimentary starter kit is provided at check-in, including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. ➡️ Replenishment of supplies is the guest's responsibility once starter items are used. 🌿 LAWN CARE Bi-weekly lawn maintenance is provided during your stay. ✹ GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. HOUSE RULES: • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. · No Shoes inside the property. · No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. · No Extra/Overnight Guests (if you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) · No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) · No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) · No unplugging of the electronics (i.e. TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.) · No Pre-Check or Bag Storage prior to check-in (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) · No Pets allowed on any furniture (including sofas, beds or chairs) · No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors. · No parking anywhere other than in the driveway. There is no garage access for guests! · No loud noise or music past 9pm (this rule applies both inside and outside as we live in a very quiet neighborhood). · Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down toilet aside from toilet paper. · Tampering with our door locks and/or security cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. Any of the rules broken above and any evidence of a party or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine.

You will have the entire space to yourselves! Free parking is available on the driveway (can fit up to 2 cars). Parking in the garage is not available. Your self-check-in will allow you to access the property using a 4-digit code. Access to the garage and the locked pantry cabinet in the kitchen is not permitted.

Mish’s place was perfect for us. We were here visiting family. It was very clean. The town center was close by and it was a short drive to the beach. The kitchen was great. We cooked most of our meals in. We spent Easter there and it was nice to have a dining room. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for us to start and end our days for a week's visit with our son's family who lives nearby. The bedrooms were so comfortable, and we loved that there were beach chairs for our day at the beach and a wonderful washer and dryer to use. So many nice details were covered in this rental. Laundry detergent, shampoo in the showers, a Ninja blender, a hot water pot for tea, and a huge assortment of coffee pods for the Keurig. And the host was super responsive with answers to all our questions. The location is great because the neighborhood is super quiet, but it's only minutes to a very nice Harris Teeters grocery store and main roads to all the VA Beach attractions.

Upon entering the house, we smelled how clean it was. The lay out of house was fantastic. Gave my grandson plenty of room to move about. Neighborhood was safe and close to grocery store and beach. We all commented on how nice it was.

The house was excellent and Mish was very responsive and helpful. We loved how close the house was to Town Center and easy to get around to places. It felt like home away from home and so glad we chose this house

We loved the place! Clean, great neighborhood, extras provided like K-pods, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap. We felt right at home! Beautiful playground .5 miles away, easy walk. Plaza close by with grocery store and restaurants! Tried "It's All Greek To Me" takeout and loved it! We enjoyed the backyard with our granddaughter and dog and we enjoyed having meals on the patio! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My team stayed in this home for a work project for several days and were very comfortable! They really enjoyed the back yard and cooked many meals in the kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and we had zero issues in the space. The host is also readily available and helpful. We would rent again :)
