Our lovely townhome is conveniently located in the beautiful & vibrant Del Rey neighborhood. You will have everything you will need for a comfortable stay! We have free hi-speed internet, our kitchen is fully stocked and we have many family friendly amenities for those traveling with little ones. We have free parking onsite and plenty of restaurants, cafes and parks are within walking distance. Only 10 minutes by car to D.C., Old Town Alexandria and to DCA airport! Long term stays welcome!

*Please Read Before Booking* SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make a reservation, guests must be 24 years of age or older. You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am. ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. • We kindly request that each guest booking a stay at our home provide a copy of their identification for liability purposes. • Please do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage lock, as this will prevent access from the outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts caused by themselves or their group members, and any locksmith service fees will be the guest’s responsibility. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. • No Shoes inside the property. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. • No unregistered visitors or guests without prior authorization (if you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund) • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics (i.e. TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.) • No Pre-Check or Bag Storage prior to check-in (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) • Not pets are allowed on top of furniture (including sofas, chairs and beds). Any excessive pet odors on furniture will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350. • Pets are not permitted to pee/poo in backyard patio. Evidence of this will result in additional cleaning fee of $200. • Pets must be crated at all times if you are not home. • If pet fee for registered pets are not paid for prior to check in or if there is evidence of unauthorized pets, this will result in a fine of $150 per additional pets. • No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors. • No parking anywhere other than in the driveway. There is no garage access for guests! • No loud noise or music past 9pm. • Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down toilet aside from toilet paper. · Tampering with our door locks and/or security cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if you break any of our house rules above. When you enter the house, there is a kitchen to your right and a dining/living room. You can enter the backyard patio from the main level. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. On the basement level, you will find a king bed, crib, full bathroom and the laundry room.

My family and I had the best time here! It was within walking distance of bars and restaurants and there was even a cute farmers market going on during our stay. The house was clean and updated! It was in the perfect location and the host was truly incredible.
