This stylish and inviting 4 bed/2 bath townhome is stylish yet cozy. This is the perfect home for business travelers, groups of friends and for families visiting the area with little ones. Located in the heart of Del Rey, this home is centrally located & is within walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. As this is a brand new listing, all of our furniture is brand new. Our kitchen is fully stocked for our guests to cook full meals inside of our home.

Our 4-night stay was very comfortable and convenient. We visited family in Del Ray. We walked throughout the town without needing a vehicle. One of us also used the house to work remotely for a day. The kitchen has many utensils and updated equipment. The living space and bedrooms were very neat (and the beds most comfortable). Utilities function well. We appreciated Mish's availability and responsiveness.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we wanted to do. Our kids enjoyed the playground across the street. Communication from the hosts before, during and after our stay was also very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated and clean with lots of amenities. We felt safe in the location. Beds were comfortable and ample amount of linens. In addition, we appreciated all the “extras” that were included (k cups, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, etc). Host was very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had. This is definitely a great place to stay at.
