Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine — no exceptions. 👟 SHOES OFF INDOORS Please remove shoes before entering the home to help keep floors clean and prevent damage. 👥 GUEST COUNT POLICY The number of guests must match the reservation details. • Maximum occupancy: 7 guests plus one baby • No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior authorization • If your guest count exceeds what is listed on your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. 🛋️ FURNITURE POLICY • Do not move or rearrange furniture unless specifically authorized • Do not unplug electronics such as TVs, cable boxes, or lamps 🧳 PRE-CHECK-IN BAG STORAGE Bag drop-off or early entry is only possible upon request and subject to availability. 🤫 NEIGHBORHOOD ETIQUETTE • No loud noise, yelling, or music past 10 PM • Do not disturb or disrespect neighbors • Trespassing or using neighbors’ trash bins is not permitted 🚽 TOILET USE Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products, wipes, or bulk paper. Flushing anything else may result in plumbing damage and fines. 🔐 SECURITY & TAMPERING • Tampering with door locks, Wi-Fi, or security cameras is strictly prohibited • If our systems are disabled or go offline, we reserve the right to enter the home to restore them. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund 🐾 PET RULES • No pets on furniture, including sofas, chairs, or beds. Any excessive pet odors or fur will result in a $350 additional cleaning fee • Pick up after your pet when outside • Pets must be crated whenever guests are not at home 🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 4 PM – 12 AM • Check-out: 10 AM sharp GENERAL • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted at any time. • No mail or package deliveries are allowed unless arranged with the host in advance. Please inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. These are not guaranteed and depend on booking availability. Our guests can conveniently access the home upon arrival by using your personalized keypad code that will be valid during the duration of your stay. Guests are free to access the entire house except for any locked closet in basement.
