*Please Read Before Booking* SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make a reservation, guests must be 24 years of age or older. You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am. ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. House rules

House rules • We kindly request that each guest booking a stay at our home provide a copy of their identification for liability purposes. • Please do not lock the bottom door under the Schlage lock, as this will prevent access from the outside. Guests are responsible for any lockouts caused by themselves or their group members, and any locksmith service fees will be the guest’s responsibility. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home, including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of — any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine, no exceptions. • No Shoes inside the property. • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture (unless prior consent is given) • Not pets are allowed on top of furniture (including sofas, chairs and beds).           Any excessive pet odors on furniture will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350. • No Disrespecting/disturbing neighbors, trespassing on our neighbor's property or disposing of trash in the neighbor's trash bins.  • No parking anywhere other than the designated parking spot in front of our home. Absolutely no parking in front of other homes (including our neighbor's homes). • No loud noise or music past 9pm. • Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. No flushing anything down toilet aside from toilet paper. ·    Tampering with our door locks and/or security cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for cancellation without a refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises to correct and restore the security of the home if the system goes offline or is disabled. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if you break any of our house rules above. Excellent location - great hosts! Wonderful home in a very nice community. One thing to note that was a bit of a surprise to us is the master bedroom (downstairs in the basement) does not have a door. It was surprising for us because we have 3 boys and my wife and I aren’t used to having no door haha. A bit of a lack of privacy. But overall this was a great home! Highly recommend

This Airbnb townhouse was one of the best properties we have stayed at. While all are usually very clean as was this property, this home was very well organized and stocked with dinnerware, cookware, paper products, cleaning products etc which is a nice touch. The area is quietly residential and just a short drive to the sights of downtown DC. A great alternative to staying in the hustle and bustle of the city. Another convenience is a designated street parking spot right in front of the home. Nice restaurant choices in the local area as well. All in all a wonderful stay.
